Education: Bachelor's of Science in Nutrition from NC State University (Go Wolfpack!), Master of Science in Nutrition from Meredith College, and Dietetic Internship coordinated through Virginia Tech.

Specialty Certification(s): Health Coach, Registered Yoga Instructor (500RYT), anticipate completing Certified Eating Disorder Specialist in early 2026.

Philosophy: I am passionate about helping others make meaningful and lasting changes in their lives, and I believe in taking small steps to get there. My commitment to compassion and authenticity allows me to view each client as a unique individual, and I approach our work together without judgment. I’m here to walk alongside them on their journey to a healthier, happier life.

Fun fact: I have two adorable mini Aussies! They’re a bundle of energy and can be quite the handful. I’m definitely a softie when it comes to them; they have a way of getting whatever they want!
