Swap Health Late Cancellation/No-Show Policy

Late cancellations and no-shows hurt our ability to help others in the Swap Health community. In order to respect our provider's time and offer the best patient experience and care for our active patients, Swap Health has an established cancellation/no-show policy as follows: 

  • We understand life happens! If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice to your dietitian or someone from the Swap Health team to let us know.

    You will not be charged for sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours notice.

  • If you cancel your session with less than 24 hours notice, you will incur a fee of $45 payable to Swap Health. 

  • If you do not attend a scheduled session, you will incur a fee of $45 payable to Swap Health.
