Counseling Style:  I love to meet a new client where they're at in their health journey. I'm all about making small, gradual changes that will add up to big results over time! I want to teach my clients that nutrition is highly individualized and together we will make sustainable changes that will allow them to live their best life!

Fun fact: I am a member of a local improv theatre as well as a dance troupe! I also love to travel, most recently completing a half marathon in Ireland.
