We’ll match you with an expert registered dietitian based on your health history and preferences. You can meet with your dietitian over the phone or through video call.

First appointments are typically 45-minutes long while follow-up appointments last around 30-minutes, but appointment lengths may vary based on individual needs.

During your first call, you and your dietitian will establish what health goals you can start working on, and you can speak to your dietitian about how frequently you’d like to meet!

After your initial dietitian appointment, you can access to Swap Health’s full services to support you with your health goals:
