Degrees: Bachelors in Health and Human Services at Ohio University followed by a Masters in Dietetics at East Carolina University.

My niche has been type II diabetes and weight management but I love seeing all types of clients across the board! My hope is to help clients view food as a friend and I believe there can be room for all foods in a healthy eating pattern.

Fun Fact: I love cooking, baking and gardening and I have 3 children who are the light of my life!
